guys,
i need your tips! is there anyone that could give a suggestions on how to make my windows water spot free with glossy effect just like those cars in the showroom. i tried to used ____-X brand but I'm not satisfied with the result, it doesn't help at all. what a waste of money,,, Rolling Eyes

Windolene I've used to good effect. But, i've also used white vinegar as suggested by Kim and Agie and it works just as well.
My next trick to try is some tepid water with a slosh of dishwasher rinseaid in it. Lidls do a massive bottle of rinseaid for the fraction of the price of other supermarkets and it has a nicer smell than the vinegar.

I have found the best way to do the windows is,
After you have washed the van ,start to chamios from the top , when you get to the windows chamios them once to get most of the water off, then scrunch newspaper up and go over the windows with the newspaper until they are dry. Finish is perfect.
This is what they do at Mercedes in there detailing, I have a mate that works there, I didn't believe till i tryed. 8)
