Hear, hear! I've just fitted a new head to mine (don't ask!) Just need to top up fluids and re-connect battery and glow plugs tomorrow before I try and start it. Fingers crossed, no more disasters of my own making!

I'm just looking at a gearbox rebuild on mine.

And with all that work going on on ancient vans there's only thing I can't figure out is WHY?? Why do we do it?? I'm at a loss Rolling Eyes

TBF, all this work I've had to do, is my own fault for excessively extending the service interval of the timing belts. The Delica was running beautifully, right up to the moment the belt snapped . . . Crying or Very sad
