A question for Lewis, please -

One of your Posts mentions Barton on Humber (that's close enough for me). What is the name of the people you used there?

When my rear section is removed (V6 petrol SWB) I could take it to them as a pattern to work from. I am guessing that an exhaust fabricator might be able to give me an opinion on whether or not the extra small silencer box behind the rear axle is absolutely necessary.

If or not it is still owned by the Asian Lad who did mine, back in 2006, I don’t know, but he did a really good job. Smile

I noted that he also had a large powerboat in the building that he was making custom safety bars for, to go round the front and rear.

A chap called Deepak who was the owner of Rebel Power Pipes sold up and ceased trading 2015.

G.M.S. Autos now operate from this site, and they don't do exhaust fabrication.

Tony Banks in Leeds sounds like a good bet.....they're busy so booking well in advance required.

Deepak - Yes that was the name of the lad.

I remember now that I phoned up to book my current Deli in and was told he wasn't there, which I assumed to mean was having some time off, so I booked it into Tony Bank's.

Tony Banks etches his name and website into the silencers.

I’ve heard very good reports from Tony Banks but was too far for me to drop there for a day. Is there a Powerflo place in York - I went to them in Sheffield and it’s a great stainless exhaust
