Anyone know of anywhere in the UK I can buy one? Lifted my Deli quite high and as a result, the rear axle is now offset by quite a bit. The tyre sticks out about 2" on the drivers side and sits flush on passenger side. |

Any reason why you couldn't "Cut N Shut, weld" an extra piece of metal to it

There must be a few places cheaper, but try dobinsons, at least for advice as they used to sell them , and work back from there.
I have an adjustable pan hard fitted to mine, and any small adjustments needed do show up on the tracking /alignment, on the special laser whatever things that the tyre places use.
Modding your suspension will cost if you go too big.
It sounds like yours has really changed
I have quite a big suspension mod, but not a body lift, and am still trying to figure out what springs I need to replace mine with. _________________ A Little Knowledge is Dangerous and expensive! especially if your me Mending anything!! |

Cheers lads. Mr D a very good suggestion and it's my back up plan if I can't buy one! I just like the idea of the adjustable one being able to dial it in.
Grouch, aye I've seen Dobinsons one, they still sell it but 280 dollars and dread to think how much the postage is! Yes I'm quickly discovering that the list of suspension mods also quickly escalating
Can't beat a lifted Deli though! I think a custom fabricated panhard is looking like the route I'm going to take. |

I've got the Britpart DA4205 springs. Didn't take a measurement before but if you're looking side on, the body sill sits level with the top of the 15" rim, I've got 30mm ball joint spacers on the front and Ironman shocks front and rear. Had to fit longer rear arb links from a landcruiser also. |

I'm sure any reasonably competent home engineer welder could adapt your existing rod, cut and weld in an adjustable section, as long as you've done the basic trigonometry to get somewhere near. Could you adapt an old track rod arm and end for the adjuster? _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

Have you tried Paddock Spares, they do advertise rods for any offroader ?

I'll ask my fabricator about welding in an adjustable section, spoke to him this evening and he said undoing the panhard, centralising the axle then welding in a peice to take up the gap will be no bother. Thanks Lewis I wasn't aware they done that I'll have a look the now cheers! |

Cut the panhard, welded in a piece and plated each side for strength. Job done! |

Good job. 👍
I'd be a bit worried on the wheel alignment, as my panhard did need adjusting on the laser track last time.
Those laser tracking things are a bit ocd though. Like me _________________ A Little Knowledge is Dangerous and expensive! especially if your me Mending anything!! |
