Good bits:

£11 a night inc hook up
good roads for dragging a van down

bad bits :

People : full of polish migrant workers staying in caravans past due for scrapping (nothng agaisnt the poles but it did give it a certain 'feel' - think 'alf weidesein pet' but in reverse)
gents : smells like, well a public convenience (and it also has the showers in it...)
showers : £1 a pop
laundry : plus point has washing machine, minus point only uses cold water.....yes really...

bit basic to say the least, but £11 a night....

If basics your thing then this is basic!
