I had trouble with my gearbox and overdrive and did not know where the hell to take the Deli. Contacted Mitsubishi main dealers and they would not put it through Diagnostic as they did not have a compatible machine and did not want to work on an import Shocked

I contacted a local Gearbox specialist who had all compatible Diagnostic systems and have checked plenty of Delica's for a local Import Garage and they got it up and running in a few hours. Laughing

Excellent friendly service and cheap too!!!!

Beauty, Mitsu can check it - they just shove the plug from their MUTTS diagnostic into it. They're obviously just being awkward bastidos, much like Halford who won't supply Jap size number plates as they "don't do imports" - what??? Like yeah, they must have a problem with getting hold of number plates the right shape.......

I even had my Father in Law to call his mate at Mitsubishi to see if they would see the vehicle ( he runs his own garage in Newport) and they said that they would not touch it!!! Glad anyway as they would have charged me loads when S.T.C being down the road and in Cycling distance only charged me £60 for doing the diagnostic and overriding the Overdrive switch. They even did a temporary fix (The overdrive switch had stuck in Overdrive and was revving like crazy and not hitting top gear) for me the day previous so I could get to work, free of charge. Bargain Laughing
