Windolene I've used to good effect. But, i've also used white vinegar as suggested by Kim and Agie and it works just as well.
My next trick to try is some tepid water with a slosh of dishwasher rinseaid in it. Lidls do a massive bottle of rinseaid for the fraction of the price of other supermarkets and it has a nicer smell than the vinegar.
Hope this helps! _________________ Pete

I have found the best way to do the windows is,
After you have washed the van ,start to chamios from the top , when you get to the windows chamios them once to get most of the water off, then scrunch newspaper up and go over the windows with the newspaper until they are dry. Finish is perfect.
This is what they do at Mercedes in there detailing, I have a mate that works there, I didn't believe till i tryed. 8) _________________ 96 Exceed 2.8Tdi auto |
