My roller bearing as well as the rollers are likely damaged/seized up. Anyone have any workarounds without having to ship parts from Japan?

I believe this question has been asked and answered on  here many times, and unless I am mistaken (mine is a L300, so different) the answer lies in readily available skateboard bearings.
