okay Here is the list of who have confirmed they are coming. Sadly, two others who were coming, have now informed me they can't make it.
Krzys Scislowicz will come if he can get his V6 started (recent problem), and two others from F/B who indicated they would be coming have not responded to my request for details, so won't be on the list.
List in alphabetical order.

Chris and Chris Blumer
Andrew Clay (me!)
Peter Csrefko +1 +dog - in a Hymer (NOT the one at the Derbyshire meet!)
Mike and Ruth Day.
Roger Emery
Guy Goodhart +2
Rob Greenhill + 1 + 3 dogs
Marius Groenewald + Sophie
Matt Harper
Field Marshall Lewis + Major Toolkit and General Fixing.  Wink
Paul Kennington + 1 + dog
Derek Manly (who he?)  Very Happy
Rob Palmer
Ian Sharp + soldering iron
Andy Smith +Sue
Steve Smith + Buddie dog
Paul Tyrell + Sharon
Andy Warham

So that is 18 vehicles, 28 adults, one child, and six dogs.
I'm hoping no more send apologies/can't make it, and the door is still open for a couple more!
If I have got any info wrong, or you think you should be on the list (but are not) please let me know.
Really looking forward to meeting old friends and new, and folks who I feeI I know, but only through this forum.

One VERY important last thing. Site owner has asked that payment (on entry) be made in cash; he has no card facilities.

£7.50/person/night (+ £1 for those with a dog). So some small change may be handy too!

Hey andyman, I can't use the DM function as I'm a little off 10 posts on here... I'm really keen to come along to the meet next weekend if there is still space? If so, where should I send you the details you've requested to confirm with the campsite?

Cheers,
Mike

Its okay Mike.
You can state your intentions here  Smile

Ask here for Andymans phone number, he can send a PM to you, with his phone number.
You cannot reply to PMs, just yet.

Be nice to see a new member arrive at the meet.

Maybe next bit of thread is what are you going to bring to swap/donate/barter/sell?

In my L300 cave I can see:
Full R134a Aircon system parts minus smaller condenser fan
A couple of wheel centre caps
Ignition barrel, keys and a couple of door locks
Various suspension bushes,
rear axle U bolts (used)
Various interior trim bits
Eight of sill repair panels (1250mm long)
Alternator (tested working)
Set of original rear matt's (captain seat version)
Very heavy duty L300 towbar with dual electric sockets
And a huge box of other random odds and ends!

No room for it all, so if there is any interest PM me and I'll chuck it in for a mini autojumble :-)

What are you bringing?

I guess it would be too much to hope that the AC compressor is the same as the one on the single style system on an L400,
Andy

Andy W

No clue - I'll bring it along. It has been sat in the shed for years, so worth a check and test before bolting it on.

Andy W.

Here's some pictures with part number sticker.
It's single pulley. Turns freely and the bearings sound okay. Haven't checked the clutch.

Does anybody require some 25L plastic camping water containers ?

Also got a large electric Coleman chest type hot/cool box, that was only used for one four week trip round Spain.

PM if interested.

No problem, only reason I changed them was I had a set of blackout thermal curtains made up for MitsiFI and when I retired I brought them back with me and put them in MitsiUK.

I'll bring them by request.
