I bumped the advert on FB last night, so to date I have 14 Delis confirmed with details, with 20 persons and four dogs (three of them Rob Greenhill's  - Robuardu on here!)

There's another two or three checking their calenders, and several more have ticked "Interested". Still a month to go, should I post on WMMC 4x4 FB forum and mix this with Pajeros and L200s? (Some also have Delicas).

Hello everyone, sorry for the silence.

I'm interested - unfortunately I can't confirm yet but will try to do so over the next week or so. I'm not on FB (any longer) so can't reply on there.

I'll pack a towrope and jump leads. With 12 of us at Coniston, the only person that called on me was the owner of a VW camper with a flat battery, no-one in our group. And the Deli's twin batteries willingly obliged! Hoping now I don't end up with a red face!

Prep for Wood Farm progress:

1. New sills/arches metal welded in and painted = bodyshop backlog - #FAIL
2. New camper interior set-up installed = pile of cabinets and wood in the shed - #FAIL
3. Front camber adjustment sorted after I knocked it out = must ring the alignment centre - #FAIL
4. Rear number plate lights fixed = I must get round to it - #FAIL
5. Sliding windows rubbers ordered & replaced = it's not raining so sure it'll be fine - #FAIL
6. Pop-top canvas cleaned and demoulded = well I stuck a bit of gaffer tape over a hole - #FAIL
7. Sun canopy awning legs repaired after last summer's storm damage = err, umm, oh yeah...err - #FAIL
8. Thick stainless JAOS bash plate trimmed and installed for green laning - still in the shed with the old bash plates - #FAIL
9. Mechanics serviced, everything greased and good to go - well the engine starts - #FAIL
10. It's 183 miles to Wood Farm, I have a full tank of diesel, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and I'm wearing sunglasses... #HIT IT

Note to self: Bring tow rope, sweeping brush and big roll of gaffer tape. Key questions are: Does it go? Does it stop? will it get there? and preferably back? Is it taxed, insured MoTed? If the answer is yes to all, there's no excuse! Everything else is cosmetic!

If anyone wants a good Avon Ranger AT 235/75/15 tyre and a slightly bent drive away awning I will be bringing them with me as having a clear out in the garage and sheds.
Look forward to seeing people there.
Cold beer already in stock!!
