Hi Steve, had to go check under my seat to examine that bracket. I assume it has snapped at the bend next to the mounting bolt?

It looks like you could pop-rivet/connect with self tappers, a strip of 16G/1.4mm steel with suitable holes for the bolt and fixings,
to the steel base plate/ remains of bracket where it starts to be covered by the plastic of the connection block.

You may have to grind down the ends of the screws/rivets, and cover the ends with insulating tape for safety, before bolting the assembly back into place.

If you think the repair is likely to fatigue and break, through vibration, pack under the block with some pipe insulation foam or similar.

I would prefer the self-tappers, and lock with epoxy resin once you have established good electrical continuity.
