Thanks for your concerns everyone, especially Indigo and Eagles who I know have plenty of their own Deli problems
Hopefully if I can find an expansion tank, then that'll get me back on the road. Although some testing will have to be done to find out why it happened in the first place :?
Then I guess it's a visit to a bodyshop to see if the bonnet is salvageable
Main thing is... To get it back on the road before the next meet... _________________

Sorry to hear about the Deli Russ
I think the first thing to buy (well after the bottle itself) is a new cap for the bottle.
I can understand the hose piece on the bottle breaking as this is a common thing but to do that much damage to the bonnet
Hope you get it sorted okay _________________ Beat

First meet and without the Deli, great to see you guys and thanks for the food! Brillliant ideas and tips.I will be finishing putting the bits and peices on this weekend ready for her MOT but hearing about Russ`s Probs i may be happier leaving her on the driveway and just looking at her! Really worried that something massive is going to go wrong i am already over budget and i have serious steering knock to over come, alarm , insurance where doe sit stop i am sure as with my last Delica once i start driving her the cost will diminish with all other thoughts of money and cost....yeah right...if all goe swell i will feel guilty and i will be waiting for it to go worng in a big way or all will be fine and someone in an x reg ford fiesta will hit me and right it off.......do i quit while i am ahead??
good to see you all look forward to the next one _________________ Kieron

I know what you mean mate.... So much for Jap reliability. I never had any trouble from my old Land Rover. Well, apart from appalling mpg! But let's face it... The Deli mpg ain't nothing to brag about!!!
I know that after getting it repaired, I shall be having a serious think about it's future.... _________________
