It was a shame about the bar b q, but the start of the convoy lined up ready to go was a really great sight to see.
Shame it went down hill from there.

It seemed to of lacked any one "leader" to get everything pulled together, but it raised £200 for the RNLI, not a lot but still.

Iv seen what others have written about the elgrand, but I got to say there were 2 in particular of which imagination was not lacking,
the polarbear express and the bright orange one towing its own kitchen was also great to see.

I stuck with the convoy (what was left of it) through the lights, but had to stop a little way through with chronic gut pains.
But after half an hour break  I did rejoin the depleted convoy, about 2 cars behind where I started!!
In the end, a very long time later, I MADE IT to the end WOOOOoooooo

Though not as many as was expected, we wasn't let down, a good showing from the Deli's!!
It was great to meet some new people from the club as well as the podlight queen  Laughing
Although the next day I thought Duracell bunny and family may have been stalking me and caught me in the
rovers return!!  Laughing
Thanks Ange, it may not of been exactly as advertised but the view of the convoy half on the grass waiting to go
was worth it for me and I don't think the kids will ever forget it.
I hope to have some more pictures soon (those shown here were from my phone. I had my daughter hanging out the
sunroof with a better camara, but haven't had chance to put it on pc yet)

Well, as you can imagine, when I saw the kind of people they were letting in the rovers, we of course tried to do a bunk
in to the "pop stars" section of louis Tussauds but they caught us before we could escape  Razz
