Don't worry Crewzin, we've mostly only been to one or two meets, last one at Weston was only 6 of us so this one is new territory for us all and will probably be organised chaos
Bring whatever you like, I am sure it will get eaten!!!

crewzin, don't panic too much about the food etc m8y, and don't bother with any bbq's, i think me and bruce have 4-5 disposables between us, and others will be bringing bbq's too last time we just threw in everything together, and everyone helped themselves, there was still *loads* left over!!!
bruce has facilities to make cups of tea and coffee, i've got a fridge in my Deli, so i'll make sure i bring plenty of milk ;)
main aim of the afternoon, sit around, yap, and skoff.. oh and fun.. don't forget the fun ;) was a chilled out lazy sunny afternoon last time
re food, kebabs went down a treat last time, finger food too, and there were happy dogs as the left over burgers were plenty.. !! |

CAMPING
Those I have for camping so far are:
Willisa for Fri/Sat/Sun night (with electrics)
CPFC Eagles for Fri/Sat night (no requirements mentioned??)
Crewzin for Sat night (no electric)
Steve H for Sat night (no electric)
Mark Giles for Sat night (no electric)
If any of this is wrong PLEASE let me know ASAP.
If anyone else is wishing to camp - I might have to ask you to make your own arrangements because I have a LOT of work on this week and I'm not sure if I'll have time to keep phoning the campsite.
FOOD
As for food, I'll be bringing 2 disposeable BBQ's, I think Astra is doing the same - HOWEVER - with 20+ cars expected, I think more will be required!! If everyone brings SOMETHING to cook on - we shouldn't go far wrong, and some of you might get to take your BBQ's home if they aren't needed :D (rather be safe than sorry though!)
I'll have a gas stove to cook cups of tea (I'll remember the water and gas pipe this time!! )
The best suggestion I can make is if everyone just brings a range of food to cover ROUGHLY the amount they would need for the number of people they are bringing. I'll personally be bringing Burgers and Sausages, some Kebabs and some bread rolls. I think that will be more than enough considering it's JUST ME in the Mystery Machine (the Monkey has to work again - says her evil dictator boss bitch!!!!!!! )
If some can bring more kebabs & burgers, some salad & pasta, some crisps & dips, some puddingy 'things', some sausage rolls etc..... then I think we can have a rather splendid, bellyfilling banquet! :D :D
OTHER THINGS
Some seating is good - last time we had a range of chairs (again - I'll have 2 deck chairs) so the more of that the better.
Tables are always useful (especially when we consider the VOLUME of nosh that will be in attendance! :D
General cutlery and plates, tongs for BBQ's etc....
Something to play with - I mean like frisby etc......you smutty minded lot!! I'll have my giant outdoor darts again and a frisby - the beach is HUGE - so I'm hoping Joolz can make it with his Kite Buggy! :D
I think that's about it, but I'm sure you'll remind me of anything I've missed!! :?
Bruce.
Oh yes - If anyone has one of those Gazebo things, that might be useful to add some shade if it's REALLY hot :D , or some shelter if it's PIS*ING it down!! _________________ '93 L300 Mystery Machine (Now in the hands of a new owner)

P.S. Baz - I'm afraid I can't comment on the fishing side of things, so you might have to be creative in how you convince your brother! (you WILL convince him however!! :D ) Hope the leg is okay?? :?
P.P.S. Mr Mark, I'm sure the wife needs to get out and get some good sea air :D . Shouldn't be TOO bad for her unless you're intending on taking for a blast up & down the dunes a few times!
See you there hopefully?
Regards,
Bruce. _________________ '93 L300 Mystery Machine (Now in the hands of a new owner)
