Hi all, Can any one tell me what is supposed to happen when I log on to purchase a manual from the shop. All I get is a done message after following the instructions and nothing more. Sad

Hi Delybelly
When you enter the club shop, you should just select the item you want, click the drop down box to select delivery select uk,then click buy this item,it should then give u a blue screened page with the item your buying on it ,at the bottom of the page should be a link saying EPDQ secure form or page click that and it should then take you to the secure server to enter your card details etc.
If you have anymore probs come back to me and ile try and help, but normally shop probs are down to either firewall/antivirus settings blocking access to the shop, pop-up-blocker software preventing the secure order window from 'popping up' or wrong or outdated java compatibility .

If firewall turn off or lower settings and retry, hope that helps
there should be a couple more probs on this forum re the club shop it may hep reading them also
