So I have fit a captains chair into the passenger side, and just fit another into the drivers side, however it’s slightly off centre to the wheel (chair is to the LHS, wheel is slightly to the right)  and the chair is already slightly tight against the driver door. now I could grind off the mounts and reweld into the right position, but then it might actually be to squashed against the driver door to rotate properly. Also if I leave the original seat in I don’t have to move the hand break. The steering wheel is off centre only maybe 20mm-30mm.

My question is is the captains chair really worth it in the drivers position? And does the chair not squish up against the door to much when inline with the steering wheel?

Thanks all 👍
