Hi all, noticed over the last few days that the switch that operates the interior lights and side step when the slider opens has become a bit temperamental. I’m going to try and source a new one from mitsi But wondered if they are a serviceable item. Looks awkward to remove due to the small gap when the door is open. Maybe a squirt of contact cleaner would help?

Clean the brass contacts with some emery cloth and unbolt the one in the door, so you can check the cables haven't become dislodged.

‘Twas a bit awkward to remove and then separate the two plastic halves of the switch body but now works a treat.
