My next job has to be sorting this orange light flashing, its a bit more than just that, as i also get lock up when in 2WD?
i have tried cycling through the gears when stationary and indeed the orange light goes out, all the green lights seem to work as they should, but then i get the lock up again when driving in 4WD with lights out? it seems to drive fine when in 4WD with the orange light flashing and the green wheel lock light on? it seems the whole system is as confused as i am?

I am thinking of changing the vacuum relay solenoids??

Are the tyres all the same, similar wear rate? I find I have to brake sharp on a slippy surface to lock up the front to make sure I'm out of 4WD

Eyup our Buzzr  Very Happy     I bought two new tyres and swapped the old back ones and put them on the front and put new ones on the back, the fronts are worn more than back ones, obviously.
The front ones look equally worn but maybe they are...??

I've changed the vacuum solenoids and its made no difference at all..Sad

If i have the engine running and use the super select and cycle through the gears then the lights seem to work properly , but i hear an almighty clunk from underneath i am guessing that's the selector rod  ? i've checked the gearbox oil that's all good and also heard some clunking noise in reverse too ?

The van only seems to run properly in 4WD with orange light flashing and the diff lock light on ?

any suggestions as to what to try next ?

I had the same issue with Deli No2.

It will, most likely, be due to a duff switch on top of the gearbox.

This could even be a broken cable on the switch.

Check out switches 1 & 2 on this post:- http://www.MDOCUK.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=20715

By disconnecting the switches individually, at their respective connectors, you should be able to tell which it is.
