Just noticed a few drips of water on the centre dash and dampness in the roof liner near the rear view mirror.
Obviously I need to check the sunroof.

I read in a previous post about drainage channels and tubes.
Where do the tubes go?
I'd like to give them a blow through from the bottom.

Cheers

There are x4 drain hoses, one in each corner of the inner frame. I think they make their way down the A pillar to the inner wing.

I cleared mine with a length of inner brake cable from a mountain bike, I kept the nipple on the end to use like a ram, it worked well.

Hmm, I think I got rid of my old bike cables in a shed tidy up a few months back Sad
Good idea though. I'll check if I've anything else that'll do the job.

the two front ones travel down the A pillars and exit in the wheel arch, above the liner.

The rear two travel down the B pillars and exit under the vehicle.

How is the top centre section of body work directly above the windscreen? A well known weak point for rust.
I repaired mine on first Deli as had developed two large holes where an internal brace was welded to the main outer skin.

I noticed first with two small blisters there, which when sanded ( my first thought, was just a quick filler job), turned into two very big rusty holes.

I'd get a good drip from the centre front roof lining after a bit of rain and going round corners. Sad

I did have a post on it., but piccies have gone. If I get chance, I'll look them up from my vault of forgotten flash drives.  Rolling Eyes

There was a couple of rust holes exactly where you mention.
I did thoroughly clean it all out then filled and painted.
I couldn't see any signs of breaks in the paint, but ... Rolling Eyes

Got the wagon in the shelter yesterday a just started to look at the sunroof.
Nothing looked as if rain had got through, but...

There does appear to be fine cracks around the edges of the filler in the rust holes I repaired in that "infamous" place. Evil or Very Mad

I will clean out the sunroof drain channels but am pretty certain I'll have to redo the rust holes.

Don't worry, I'd not take your money given its a safe bet Crying or Very sad  Laughing
The channels round the sunroof were dry.

My only problem is the shelter I've got the wagon in is not tall enough for me to redo the filling etc.
Still, it looks like there's dry weather returning by next weekend Rolling Eyes
