Hi All

Wondering if anyone out there can help me with any advice from previous experience with the rear heating system.
I had no heating at all in my Deli and after trying all the usual procceses of checking for air in the system and back flushing. I in the end stripped the dash out or at least most of it and on removal of the heating flow box I was able to remove the front matrix which on close inspection was knackered. I replaced it and after reassembling everything back I had really efficiant heating to the front of the car but still just cold to the rear floor part of the car .......long story I know but my question is has anyone retro fitted a front matrix to the rear and fabricated the flow and return pipes to fit as I know they are spaced differently. The reason I ask is that I have a good condition matrix ready to fit if anyone thinks its a feasable option
many thanks
Peter

The rear heater unit is under the car, in the box forward of the offside rear wheel.

If you can get a front matrix in the sapce provided then there is no reason not to.

Take care not to damage any of the Aircon pipes, as it then gets expensive.  Sad
