Did you already try mitsu and milner off road?
Or there's breakers? If you want to try breakers there's a few that are well known on here, let me know if you need a name and I'll look one out if i can. |

There is no bearing in a pulley, the pulleys fall apart because the rubber fails, they are made like this as they are shock absorbers for the crank shaft, the correct name being a "harmonic damper" and they fail with age so getting one from a breaker is a bit of a pointless thing to do as it'll be of a similar age. _________________

Thank you gents for the responds.
I haven't looked for parts yet, but need to look for now.
Do I need to take it off first, to have part number or is it easy to find out please?
So can order in advance. |

Chances are the person who changed the timing belt didn't have the correct crank holding tool to tighten the crank pulley bolt up to the correct torque so it may just be the bolt has come loose, this is a very common occurrence. _________________

That make sense, I`ve read other topics how people were struggling with that issue.
Cheers |

Hi.
It turned up, that the bolt wasn`t tighten enough. Timing belt was replaced less then a year ago and it was then.
I need the bolt only, pulley is in very good condition.
It`s hard to find brand new one.
The last thing I would like is to buy whole kit for £149
Do you know any place selling such a bolt I need please? |

You were right
It was a bolt luckily.
But, to get this bolt brand new, is a pain...
I called dealers and because it`s not UK import, they do not have on stock...
I have no idea if Pajero or L200 using the very same engine 3 L petrol, might have the very same bolt... |

Breakers like Mitzy are pointless, the bolt needs to be brand new.
Millner are checking if they could order, even so it could take three weeks. |

Update
I have ordered via Milner.
Should arrive in three weeks.
The question is still the same.
Is there a very same bolt from other vehicles, using the same engine please? |

The bolt was loose turning and its thread is damaged.
