As I pulled onto the M6 at J40 today in my red Rover, this blue and white, very distinctive beast was in lane two, making good progress. Hope you were off for a good adventure in the wilds (or returning from one)! _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

No Piccy showing, But that colour scheme sounds like Greg.
Was it heading North or South ? _________________

Correct Deker! Didn't see the driver, it was slightly behind me as I pulled on, he/she had considerately (or for self-preservation!) moved to lane two Northbound. Looked lifted. _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

Just seen this post Andy - it was probably me if it looked like the one in this link, as I was on the M6 (N) coming up from Tebay - had been in the Dales for a long weekend walking trip, with my lad who was also potholing near Ingleton.

Just back today from a few days away in the highlands - minus 8 at night, but got a toasty diesel heater in it...

It was similar, as far as I remember, but the blue was more blue-grey, and the wheels looked chunkier, perhaps lifted? We sometimes take the dogs for a run on the beach at Powfoot. _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

Andy,
was probably very mucky after some of the lanes in the dales!
I have my L400 chunky wheels on it at the moment...
Lifted? - a bit, as I have just put a set of L200 Jones springs on the back..

That is useful info about the L200 springs, for other custom body owners. _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |
