So iv a new Delica ! Appear to have purchased  a but of a lemon ...
Driving home after picking it up to it not changing up ..
Checkes the gearbox  to find ZERO atf in there...
Fills her up to find the reason its empty is because it more inconvenient than my nan....
Looking , I'm assuming its the gaskets ( looks to be a shoddy job with old gasket and silicone  )...
.... easly enough to do ? Anything  i should be looking out for ?...
Many thanks hive mind

i did mine did mine earlier this year and it's not that hard. If you're going to do it schedule it with another little job. Get yourself a gear box mesh filter and do it at the same time.  Get the truck up on axle stands because you'll need to do a bit crawling around with a stanley knife blade to scrape all of the old crap off. Someone like Milners of 4x4 japnese spares do all of the bits that you'll need. It's a bit fiddly to get the sump on and the dipstick re seated but it'll fit back without having to disassemble the truck.

Then do your TPS and kick down cable.
