I am replacing the front bumper on my Delica L400. The new bumper that i am putting on has washer jets for the headlights but the original bumper (that i am taking off) doesn't have the jets. I notice on the new bumper there is a rubber pipe approx 18 inch long (passenger side when fitted). So my question is does that rubber pipe somehow fit into the windscreen washer bottle? Is it simple to fit? Or do you need some sort of adapter?
Thanks in advance.

Models that have the headlamp, have a much larger water bottle, with an extra water pump built into the bottom of it, which is what the pipe connects to.

In addition to that it has an extra wiring loom and connector, to operate the headlamp washer.  The system operates by spraying the headlamp for a couple of seconds when you wash the windscreen, if the headlamps are on.

The electrical cannot be retro fitted, so you would need to either install a separate water bottle and pump, with a switch that can be manually operated, or obtain an original bottle, then wire in a manual switch..
