Hi all,

I've just reassembled my engine after replacing the head gasket and cylinder head but upon starting it up for the first time I've discovered a new coolant leak seemingly where the oil cooler assembly joins the engine block on the left hand side - I have a gasket for it which came with the gasket set I bought for the cylinder head job so I'm going to attempt to replace it. I've not touched this during the head gasket job so it's possible it was there already. Has anyone taken their oil cooler off and if so are there any photos or tips I should bear in mind?

I was dead chuffed to of replaced the cylinder head successfully but this has taken the wind out my sails a bit so I'm keen to get it sorted so I can get back up and running.

Thanks a lot for your help!

Problem solved! Turns out I had actually undone one of the bolts of the oil cooler assembly by mistake when replacing the cylinder head - now tightened up and no leaks. Cheers!
