The one with the yellow bit added to the steps is a Terzo branded one, which is more desirable to owners.
I've got one in my loft that I keep forgetting to fit.
The RV-Inno Brand one is actually a carrier system frame that has been modified by an owner, by bolting on some tubing, as steps. They normally have storage boxes bolted to them, like a bike rack.

Don't have a clue on pricing, but as a general rule they will be worth as much as someone is willing to pay for them. _________________
