Mark it on your calendar, and be there! These get-togethers are getting fewer and further between. I have even bought an awning! Will we need a marquee? :D

A) Quite right  Exclamation

B) Depends on how much space is available, awing perhaps. Marquee - hmm - the site is not that large.

We are only 4 miles South of Hereford. We'll be there. That's a few more than 3 now, shall we book???

Bit early yet, I want to see how the summer weather is going to be.

June - mid July, is that good for folks  Question  End of July I want to visit a friend in Scotland

I thought we had settled on Friday, June 10th onwards? If you don't name a date and stick to it, it makes it difficult to plan and confirm, and folks start making alternative plans. I've shifted my birthday celebrations to the previous weekend so I can make it. You can never guarantee the weather, but you can guarantee long daylight!

As long as it's not midweek, I can manage any long weekend in June, after the first one. Or early July. Doesn't have to be  a school holiday. Just need a date (I thought we had one.)

Right then, Let Andy set the date - All those in favour say yes.

Once the date is set, I want a list of you guys that expect to be there.
I will then call Mike (the site owner) to see if its okay with him.

The site is not huge, therefore a Bank Holiday meet is not the best time to go.

Just phoned Mike, the weekends of June 10th and July 9th are booked.

Up to six vehicles, maybe more, and those with awnings not a problem.

Meals at the site can be made by pre-arrangement, that includes breakfast.

Other food at Llandrindod and Builth Wells.

18:32 Just phoned again, the price per night is £15.
