Yes it will.
Both vehicles have the same back end. The difference in length is between the front and rear ends.

Does the longer overhang at the back on the LWB not make a difference, then? Or do the brackets just fit further back on the chassis rails? _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

As per the second line of what I said above. _________________

Some vehicles have a cross beam between the rear chassis rails behind the rear wheels, to which the tow-bar connects. On LWB vehicles, with a longer rear overhang, therefore, the distance from this rail to the rear end is greater on a LWB than a SWB version, therefore a SWB tow bar is too short. But apparently this doesn't apply on L400s. _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

On the L400 the brackets connect to the rear panel, where the towing eyes are and the long chassis rails just in front of those. _________________
