There's a facebook group for the event here https://www.facebook.com/groups/aJap4x4/ - I'll also update on the MDOCUK facebook group

Sorry if its a stupid question, never been to one of these before. What's the difference between the Thursday onwards ticket and the yellow diamond 4x4 tickets? |

Maybe I'm blind, but I can't see where this event actually is. Where is JAE? |

It's at Newark Nottinghamshire's. Were going but will probably only be able to get there Friday night after work. Click on the link further up the page, looks like a good weekend. |

The yellow diamond tickets are basically the same as the Thursday onward ones, but include 4x4 use as well. The show is covering public liability insurance, so it needs to be defined by ticketing how many people are using the 4x4 track.
For us, even if you don't intend to take your truck on the track, just get a Yellow Diamond one - it's the same price, and covers everything.

yes, that is the ticket to get - even if you're not planning on going offroad etc - they need to keep track of number of 4x4's etc - partly for insurance cover on their behalf etc, and partly to give them some admin figs to look at, as the 4x4 bit is new this year, so it is easier to see how many came etc - so, this is the direct link - http://www.japcarclub.org/index.php/ticket/event/15-japanese-auto-extravaganza-2015-4x4-yellow-diamond

That's looking great, thanks for your hard work.
How many club members are actually going?
Please save me a spec somewhere close to all the delis. I can only make it down there on the Saturday or late Friday if I can persuade the missus.
I've just been having a look through their site and the timetable of events etc. It says the administration building closes at 7pm on the Friday. Do we need to go and see the admin when we get there? I'm thinking of trying to get there Friday but it would probably be a bit later than that. Will we be able to get in? |

Yes, I'm pretty sure you will be okay to get in late - but, I'll check
I'm not sure how many of our clubs members have booked yet, as JAE are handling all the bookings - there's been a few planning on going on the forums, and the facebook sites

Thanks for checking that Mark, wasn't sure if we'd get in or not. Are there many people going and camping? Will all the delis be in the same spot? Sorry if my questions seems a bit dumb but we've never been before and not sure what to expect. |

It's a new one for all us 4x4'ers - we'll all be together, Deli's, pajs, troopers and other 4x4's and some monster trucks

Davey, I'll be travelling down from Cumbria on Friday after work in my L300, aiming to leave Penrith by 5.00pm. Depending where in Lancashire you are, and what time you're setting off, we could meet up and travel in convoy. Otherwise, see you there! _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

Blast!! Just logged in to order my yellow diamond ticket, and they have closed on-line ticket sales. Will I still be able to get a yellow diamond ticket at around 8.00pm Friday night? There's a statement to say tickets are available on the gate, on the day, but until what time? _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |
