Hey peeps,

does anyone happen to know what the amp rating for the internal lighting wire on the black lighting ire is?

I'm intending to use it for some other stuff so just after some info

hi deker,

I'm not sure what exactly I'm going it use it for as yet which is why I'm enquiring about the amp rating, it may be useful for some kit I'm fitting but not others

I've just re-read my post and it dosent quite read correctly lol

what i ment was the black wire i believe is the one used for external tail lighting connections, are all the wires rated for the same amps and if so does anyone know what that is?

Would a translated fuse board index help? I expect you will find a thread on here which might show you. Unless that info was provided by Lewis and has since disappeared. Looking at my Pajero manual, I would suspect your rear lights are on a 15 amp fuse, I guess if you overload the wire, the fuse should blow?

No, thankfully he is still with us, but while he was in hospital, someone hacked into his files and removed all his Deli archive pictures. He is probably out there now with his camera, taking shots for a new library!
