Thank you all at SVS for your help today :D
Went in to arrange a service today and mentioned that the water level was dropping in the resesvoir. Mechanic took a look and found a nice hot shower spraying the engine bay!
Both the radiator and expansion tank spigots were U/S and had been bodged with sealant at some time
Stuck with undriveable vehicle? not for long! They found another vehicle(even if it was someone elses!) and set about curing the problem.
Picked the Deli up a few hours later and the dealer gets the bill :D :D

I've just had SVS do a service and MOT on my L400 and I'd also recommend them. Had a little confusion over EGR plate which I'd already done, but Mark refunded money without question. They're very willing to part with knowledge and advice. If only all garages were like it! |

Hi all,
Had service and MOT done last week at SVS. Excellent job and also a reasonable price. Mark was working on it till 6:45 p.m. to get the emissions reading down.
Thanks a lot to Mark,

Ditto to all the positive comments you'll see here. I recently had my Deli serviced at SVS. With patient and knowledgable explanation the guys were able to both dispel any concerns I had - and be informative as well.
Very pleased with the work and would recommend Mark, Steve etc at SVS "because your Deli's worth it". You don't get service like this every day. I will certainly be going back.
Thanks Mark and co.

No hesitation, whatsoever to recommend.
Always helpful, even on the phone when I've got a question no matter how stupid it is
Thanks to Steve for the towbar recommendation

If like me you have used SVS before, you will know there work is superb.
So when i was informed that Marc would be doing the installation of my lift,i was more than happy for him to do it.
For me, Marc is one of the dying breed of professional motor machanics,
always friendly, and willing to give any advise to my questions regarding the lift or other matters.
I would and will be recommending Marc and the guys at SVS to any one.
Thanks Marc superb work i owe you a big drinks :D :D :D :D :D _________________ 2.5TD Glx Delica Star Wagon Grey Over Silver |

Hi
Just had new head gasket, cam belt, discs and other stuff done to my Deli and would like to thank the guys and especially Mark for being VERY gentle with me in the invoice department
Top work done as usual, what more can I say, except well worth the 90 mile drive each way.
Thanks

Hi all,
Thought I'd follow up on other peoples' finding with my experiences of SVS after having had a couple of visits down to see them recently.
My initial visit was for the fitting of a lift kit. I had booked the Deli in, forgetting to mention that I'd need a loan car to get me home but when I arrived to drop the Deli off I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mark had already thought of it and a car was waiting for me whilst the work was carried out. Phew!
This last week I was back down again for the fitting of a new turbo, replacement injectors and some work on the brakes.
On both occasions whilst I was at SVS I found everyone to be extremely friendly and welcoming, everyone says 'hello' with a smile, and whilst only a small point, does go a long way towards good customer service and helps make you feel 'wanted'.
Again on both occasions, due to the distance I had to travel to get to SVS I found myself arriving pretty much at closing time (sorry Mark!) and yet I was still given the courtesy of time, in order to explain and show me the work that had been carried out to my vehicle. And all my daft questions were answered without any feeling of being patronised.
All in all a very positive experience with SVS. I was contacted by Mark and the guys whilst at home to keep me up to date with progress and I was never left wondering what was happening. Big thumbs up from me!
You might think from reading the above that this kind of service should be then norm, and I agree. But it isn't often you find that you feel as though you are being looked after so well. And yes it helps that it is Mark, and he has a passion for Deli's, but it takes more than just one person make it a success and I certainly think that they are a great team at SVS.
Shame SVS is far down the country, but then don't let that put you off, if you want good service with expert knowledge then these are the guys for you.
I know someone suggested already that SVS move up into the midlands, and I'd agree, but how about a Formula1 style service truck that travels around the country and comes to you at home!????
Cheers guys, and thank you Mark. |
