It takes a fair amount of commitment to organise a full on 'mega' meet. Really needs to be fairly central and probably over a weekend.
I organised THIS MEET and it took some doing Rolling Eyes

Best meet ever was the MITM (Meet in the Middle) done in this country was organised by Bruce (Mystery Machine) and got around 90 Delicas. You could try and pm'ing him for help Wink But I think he'll agree you need to commit to a date and stick with it and then organise stuff for those who attend to do and above all be prepared to be disappointed by people who say they'll attend but don't Rolling Eyes  Twisted Evil

I agree with Rusty it used to be hard enough getting a handful together for a romp on Salisbury Plain once a month we now take input but have a planning committee of three and its usually the date that suits us  Wink  you can try to please too many people.

JAE is imminent.  Over the weekend of 14 / 15 September.

It's central (Wicksteed Park, Kettering) i.e. M1 / A14.

There are several places to "play" in the region but the ones I know are such as used by guys with bob-tail Land Rovers and winches and the like, who regularly break stuff. Which is not to say there isn't somewhere perhaps more suitable (reasonably assuming you want to drive home in the same vehicle !)
