Just spent two nights here on the southern side of the Isle of Wight.
http://www.chine-farm.co.uk/

Quick review:-
Cheap, really quiet and peaceful, cliff top pitches overlooking the sea, Landlady very strict on 10.30-7.30 noise curfew (great if you have kids, less good for big groups parties - take your choice). Reception had a few essentials for sale, but not much. Couple of swings and a sand pit for kids.
Toilets/showers clean and functional, always had hot water and loo roll.
couple of minute walk along the coast path to Shepard's Chine where there are steps down the cliff to an empty shingle beach.
Looks like a previous route to the beach has landslipped (it is the Isle of Wight) but there is still a rope banister for the brave!

Things to consider:
Over 2 miles to nearest pub on the unlit military road. You need a nominated driver.
When its windy, it is WINDY! (good test for the pop top on Satuday night, neighbours tent blew over in the night).
There are pitches behind hedges for shelter, but you loose the view. Your choice.
Have a rain plan!
