Am I right in thinking the wheels are the same on a hyundai H100 van as the L300 van, a mate has been  pranged in the side and wheel is beyond repair needs replacement but can't find any l 300 van ones anywhere (5 stud)

Are you sure? I thought only six stud wheels were made all with the same pcd.

YEP

a quick internet GoGGLe search tells you...

Hyundai H100 (1994 - 2001)
PCD - 5x114.3
centre bore - 67.1mm

Mitsubishi L300 2WD (1986 - 1994)
PCD -  5x114.3
centre bore - 67.1mm

This website allows you to search for all vehicles with that PCD and centre bore
see here

Unfortunately that thought is WRONG
6 studs vary a LOT
AND you have to consider the centre bore as well
L300s are
PCD - 6x139.7
centre bore - 107.4mm

This is a search of vehicles that use the same pattern
Search for 6x139.7mm pcd - centre bore 107.4mm
ALL Mitsubishi

People think all JDM 4x4s use the same wheel fitment as Delicas
While PCD can be the same
The centre bore does vary....
Example . . . .
Toyota Hi-Lux 4WD [1999-2005]
PCD - 6x139.7
centre bore - 106mm

Sorry, I thought you meant any 5 stud wheel would fit Embarassed

NAH.... Laughing

finding alternative wheels to fit is always an "interesting" challenge

I've got Zafira 16 inch structural steels on our SAAB

I've got Audi A6 8x17 steel wheels on our Passat

I've got Pajero wheels on a Delica

BUT in this case as the H100 van is a 'copy' of an L300 van a lot of the parts are inter-change-able

Yes, I was aware that centre bores vary considerably, but on 6 stud wheels, the PCD, is always 139.7mm, but offset also varies enough to cause problems. I would expect Vw and Audi to be interchangeable, but I have a set of 4 stud alloys that came off an old Polo, fitted my son's old Corsa, and have used one as a spare on his Picanto! And 4 stud s come in a wide range of sizes!

PS Depending on the Saab, 9-3 s were based on Vectra underpinnings, so perhaps no surprise that Zafira wheels fit.

So, I'm confused! scratch
I'd not seen the wheelfitment.eu website, I've been using https://www.wheel-size.com/.
Allows you to search by both vehicle/model and specific wheel dimensions to get matching vehicles.

This seems to give, OEM sizes:
P35W (i.e. Delica L300) 215R15 6Jx15 ET22 6x139.7 110

So this is different in both bore size (110 instead of the 107.4 quoted above) as well as the OEM offset (22 instead of the 27 reported by wheelfitment.eu).

So which is right? I'm pretty sure the OEM wheels on mine are 6Jx15 ET22, not 27. Not 100% sure of the bore size but I'm actually getting my calipers out now!

I also note that https://www.wheel-size.com/ gives a very large range of different OEM wheels fitted to "2005 Mitsubishi L200", ranging from 6J to 8J, ET8, ET10, ET15, ET25, ET38, ET46, and with a centre bore of either 67.1 or 108...

... wheelfitment.eu just gives one set of options for 2005 L200's...  :?

Which are good reasons not to take such info as gospel. If you are looking at replacement wheels, take your van with you and try them on.
