even though i tick the liitle box to keep me logged in. now when i exit my browser at the end of whatever i'm doing i find i have to log-in on my return, never happened before so don't know whats changed? any idea's

Sounds good. I have the same problem. Just one question - how do you clear cookies for this site?

Delete the browsing history and cookies from your browser, which is usually accessed through the tools tab.
