I've had mine done by ATS twice but I guess it comes down to having the right equipment, you could tell them it's basically a Shogun, I'm sure they've got settings for that. _________________

You could tell them it's a Ford Escort, they'd have the settings for that too. Still be wrong though.
Correct settings are here (and many other places if you 'search'):

I think they're pretty close _________________

All cars are pretty close (none have the wheels sticking out at right angles), but pretty close is enough to cut the edges of tyres out or make the steering pull or wander. The tolerances for the Shogun and Delica are different (different Shogun models vary from each other too). I wouldn't want to pay £50 to have the alignment on my vehicle set to the figures of a completely different vehicle. |

In my case a Kismet Dynamic drive on Tracking tool.
It measures what the vehicle is doing, Toe In or Toe Out, one then adjusts accordingly,
until the gauge shows Zero, works on all vehicles Tho, I dunno what the max weight limit is.

I have my basic tracking done at the local independent tyre shop. I tell them to set it 'dead ahead' because it' a 4 wheel drive so the front wheels are subject to both power and braking loads. Always gives me a good result, providing the wishbone bushes are in good order.
Cheers
