I went to fill up as usual today at Morrisons in Bulwell and noticed on the same pumps they are now selling Biodiesal at 102.9 a litre, so bit the bullet and filled up with it.
I just hope it runs as well as normal stuff.

that's the 5% biodiesil stuff. in 5 years that's all you'll be able to buy anyway. presumably you noticed no diference?

I think it's B30 at Morrisons ie. 30% Bio. All Diesel at the pumps have 5% Bio in already i think. Bioman

Shame it's not much cheaper though.

No Worries. I make my own at about 12p ltr, at 102p you might as well put Diesel in me thinks, at one time it was about 80p. Bioman

I'm only in my second week of Delica ownership but rest assured I'll be looking into that as soon as my engines straight ( slack chain & a leak or two to deal with first)

Our Morrison's here in Sheffield Hillsboro has stopped selling Bio as they say that with an increase of tax coming up it will be harder to sell .
If they had tried to sell it at a cheaper price than the same as straight Derv they might have sold more .

yes. bio is cheaper to produce than petro diesel. did they pass that saving on to the consumer? did they heck! they used corporate greed to render the whole idea pointless so I don't really know why they bothered.
