I keep seeing this forums ip "MDOCUK.co.uk" showing up in my fire wall, even when i am not connected the forum, is this normal ?

fire wall : Sygate ver 5
Virus Checker : Avg
cwshredder : CWS
: Hijackthis
:PestControl

Has any body else have the same thing happend ?
and does anybody have a cure

Thanks for the quick response, we think it's the "online Chatroom" and not the forum, we checked back as far as we are willing to go , we think it's carries on pinging back for a response from this system after disconnection the chat, if you need the ip in question we will forward on to you.

have just been to chat today and it seem all okay ?
We have not rebooted this system since it was doing it.
Cool it seems to be all good good at the moment.
