I've got that size on my motor and it still catches with a 9" lift!! (33" tyres)

You could run 31's but they would need to be wider than 10.5....and the wheels will stick out LOADS so you'll have to fit much wider arches, sliding door extension etc....

Personally, stick to something that will fit behind the sliding door. Up to 8" with the right offset is feasible, but get the wrong offset and your into door extensions/arches again!
