You probably would find yourself registered with them, if you replied. Try finding out who Job in a Click and Antevenio are with a search. Personally, I'm prepared to forego the chance of winning something. I reckon the chance of being scammed is far bigger. Call me suspicious, but it's a big world for scammers to hide in. Just had a look at Job in a click
Home page is full of ads for PPI claims and the registration form asks if you have had an accident recently.
Steer clear would be my advice

If you open the survey you will confirm to them you are a live e-mail account and they will add you to their selling list and then you will find your inbox swamped with spam.
Unfortunately they are spamming you from Spain so the UK Data commissioner has no power to stop them. Add them to your spammers blacklist so their mails go to your junk box.

Couldn't find how to move spammers to Junk mail, used "Block Sender" instead.
