What excellent service by mail order.  Phoned for the interior chrome handles. Russ wasn't available but they took my number and said he would get back to me.  He phoned about 15 mins later, I ordered the handles and he said they'd be in the post tomorrow, received them today, 2 days after ordering as promised and also included a mouse mat  Top service!

I am glad he could help  Wink now thats the sort of sevice we would like from all the dealers  :D but russ hes one of a kind. They always look after me when i pop in even go throught the parts system with me.

I really cannot fault Russ at livery dole!!
Even after he couldn't get the parts any sooner than my local dealer, he did give me time, knowledge (diagrams and sizes of what I was looking for) and told me where else I may find them!
He really went above and beyond.
I would highly reccommend him!!
