We had a " Rising Sun" import dealer here in Bristol until a year or so ago. They had a terrible reputation, even managed to appear on the local radio problem programme a few times. Probably not the same people. We had excellent service from Delica World, local to us. They still do our servicing & are always ready to answer our queries.   :D  :D  :D  :D
