Here goes with a definitive guide for removing the radio from a 1988 L300 and translating the mitsu colour codes into standard ISO colours.

Delica L300 Stereo Removal/Refiiting

1. Remove surround

Undo three screws along the bottom (just underneath)
Pull knobs off heater controls
Pull the bottom of the surround out about 5cm
Then carefully pull down, prising out the tabs at the top
Jiggle it to free ashtray and a/c button

2. Remove Cage

Undo four screws at corners of cage surround
Pull stereo free
