EXCELLENT!
Fantastic scenery, very jealous of Bruce!! Bet he had to buy another memory card for his camera.
Makes our recent field bashing event look a little naff.
Maybe some of you guys can make it to our Meet in the Middle later in the year.
Cheers

There's no need to swim that far, just drive in the opposite direction and cross the Bering Sea, that's only a few 100 km's _________________ Niek

I do not think your special guest was on the pictures...but i will not give the game away, you need to post a more obvious picture.
Thanks for looking after him i am sure he will have the biggest Deli grin ever now!!! just what he needed i think.
In the next couple of years we should organise an international meet!! _________________ Kieron

I've been burning around Norway in my L400 and thats just the sort of country that the Deli is made for. I had a great trip with the misses driving through mountains in a couple ft of snow with me in the captins chairs in the back relaxing with a cup of coffee and a ciggy, with some good tunes on.
I felt like the "stig" off top gear. |

Thanks Kev!!
I think I managed to avoid being in most of the photos... I wonder if James has the one of the 'Ego Terrorist'??
I need to add my own shots of the trip (the 'International' Canadian meet as well as of my trip around BC) but with 1,600 photos to choose from, narrowing it all down will take some time!
Best regards to the family and give everyone at .CA my best too....I'll hopefully be logging on sometime soon for a catch-up. Apologies for not being in contact since returning but I'll be making up for lost time soon.... :D
Bruce.
P.S. A taster shot.....here is one of the 'late night screech drinkers club' from the first night in the wilds... 8)

Great to here your back and able to get some online time Bruce. Hope you were able to get lots done that you wanted too (it sucks having to hire contractors like we have for the last two months to get some things finished). My son says "hi" to the cool guy with the cool accent.
Think that's me in the picture bending over recovering from a big pull of screech. Sure looks like a wild and crazy bunch of guys under that there trap.
I haven't been around much myself too, busy trying too make the most of the last of my 'vacation/retirement' with traveling around BC backroads. Not many pictures, but logged over 6000km in July and almost 3000km this month (just camping!), 7 days on the west coast and we only took one picture. You have helped many on the CA side of things realize it's easy too take our backcountry for granted.
Cheers Buddy,
Kev - hoping to see more of your BC pictures soon! |
