So one or more of our illuminated dashboard switches goes out.
Turns out that there is a tiny low wattage bulb inside the switches
It was actually quite easy to replace as I had some other spare switches from a Pajero that I used for spare bulbs
BUT
I have one switch left that needs a new bulb and no more spare Paj switches to scavange from Sad

SO off to Local Mitsu Dealer
After they offer me a standard 5w dash panel bulb I explained that the one required for an illuminated switch is about 1/3 of the size!!!!! :?

No spare switch bulbs listed in the parts catalogue apparently
So we are now talking WHOLE NEW SWITCH?????
COSTS circa 40 quid Shocked

Anybody know of a source for tiny 12 volt bulbs?
OR alternatively white 12v BARE leds?

Mmmmmm, give www.ultraleds.co.uk a go. I have used this guy in the past and can certainly recommend him.

No association though.

Hope that helps.

Could always gove maplins a whizz I've heard others at pocuk have got them from there b4 if not find a breakers and have a walk around until you find some switches and then remove all the bulbs!hey presto

Just had a thought these guys normally are pretty good http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.co.uk/VWPweb2000/lights-3/lights-3.html just remembered i had it in me fave list
also further further rembered you may want to try goin to your local FORD dealers (if they have got parts dept in there) and ask them as i needed a bulb for the *cough cough*mondeo i had and they look very very similar if not the same as the switch bulbs for the pajjy
