I was wondering if anyone has the following measurements for stock shocks for a non-ECS L400
Shock compressed length
Shock extended length
Shock stroke
I am trying to find compatible shocks locally and I don't want to pull the shocks if someone else has these measurements
Thanks! |

Front units are the same as both use the pin fitting. With the rear ones there is a certain amount of difference in the different mounting points, which requires the non ECS units to be slightly longer:-
These will give you an idea of non ECS ones compared to an Ironman unit, sorry but at the time there was no tape measure handy. :D
The ECS unit ones, compressed and extended are:-
HTH
PS: Before you ask - No I don't know which Ironman shocker it was, and the member concerned no longer has the Deli, or is a member of the club. _________________

Thanks for your reply, the pictures definitely help
I guess in addition to my original question, how much difference in shock measurements are okay to use without bottoming out or damaging the shocks? |

You would have to know the UK TV quiz show "Mastermind" where contestants say "Pass" so as to move on from a question to which they do not know the answer! _________________ Andy C L300 Super Exceed - over 100 smiles per gallon! |

Thank you, that makes more sense now!
Much to my surprise, I found out I have ECS shocks in the rear, BUT no button/control in the dash. Very bizarre... |
