hi guys, got my L400 with 2 bad tyres,so tried the usual (to find 225x80x15's,,,guess what? you guessed it, NO WAY DUDE!)
so phoned an old supplier of mine for my drag cars and hot rods from years ago, Sinton Tyres and got 4 235x75x15's for £187 inc vat and delivery! cool,they are american coopers with white letters, look nice.
sinton are usualy in custom car magazine, ask for Ian B

Recently had 4 Bridgestone Dueller A/T (pattern 294?) fitted by Kwik fit in Weston-super-Mare for £184 inc VAT

am well happy with the coopers,they grip in the wet!! but as you say mainly a road tyre and thats where i doi about 80% of my driving, so they were good for me,
aginoth, what size are the bridgestones? as I had a good chat with Ian and he seemed to think that the 235's are actualy a higher profile than the 225x75's and therefore closer speedo reading.
good price though!
