Sock did my cam chain for me....old one was seriously crackered..

I KNOW his method means the guides don't get done...but i have doen about 1000 miles since and NO CHUFF!!!

nice guy too!

ps remember to get a new cam cover gasket, two half moons, to cam cover bolt seals and gasket for your cam tensioner (millners do everything but the tensioner gasket which is main dealer only 92p i think!)

all the gaskets have to come off so may as well replace while your their!

Ditto for me too. Sock is fast and does a very good job for a very reasonable price. Only one thing to add, It's better for Sock if he comes to you and you leave your motor unstarted or as cold as possible, then he won't burn his hands like he did on mine Laughing
