Had a couple of people recently with pm problems receiving/sending etc,sometimes what is happening is either your sentbox is full and needs emptying ,this would cause your pm not to be sent at all and it would stay in your outbox.
Other things are people not receiving messages ,now this can sometimes be caused by a full inbox,if you look at any of your pm boxes they all have a % measure to say how full they are,so periodicaly check all of your pm boxes for content,hope this may help atb
