okay, after clarification of what one may say without documented evidence (normal honest people rarely collect evidence in anticipation of a bad experience, and car dealers rarely write down what they do (or don't do) every time)

I bought my Delica from this company a couple of years ago when they were called southern counties 4x4 based in thurrock. (there is no doubt they are the same company, they appear to have several names) I feel I had an extremely bad and highly stressfull experience, would never use them again and have certainally not recommended them to everyone that chats to me about the Delica.
